Who's Cooking

Meet Chef Andrew

Andrew D’Aquanni has spent twenty-five years cooking for other people’s most important nights — quiet anniversary dinners, rooms full of strangers celebrating a birthday, backcountry trips where dinner is the whole point. What that’s taught him is that a good private dinner isn’t about showing off. It’s about paying attention: to what you like, who’s at the table, and what’s actually good right now.

There’s no set menu to choose from. Every dinner starts as a conversation, becomes a shopping trip, and ends with your kitchen belonging to him for the evening — so by the time you sit down, the only thing left for you to do is enjoy it.

How It Works

Built Around Your Evening

01

Tell Us About Your Evening

Date, guest count, location, and what you’re celebrating — or not celebrating. Some of the best dinners are just a Tuesday.

02

Build the Menu Together

Andrew proposes a menu based on the season, your guests, and any allergies or dietary needs, then refines it with you until it’s right.

03

He Takes Over the Kitchen

Andrew shops for the ingredients himself and arrives with what he needs — your kitchen is his for the evening.

04

You Sit Down. He Handles the Rest.

Cooking, plating, serving, and cleanup are his job. For once, you’re a guest at your own dinner.

Why a Private Chef

Why Hire a Private Chef

Restaurant-quality food without a reservation, a drive, or a wait.

A menu built around you, not a menu you’re built around.

You spend the evening with your guests, not checking on the oven.

Shopping, cooking, plating, and cleanup are handled — start to finish.

More intimate than a restaurant table, and more flexible than a caterer’s set menu.
